Day 1 ARRIVAL
You will be met at the airport by your Driver/Guide and our representative. We will take you to your hotel in Arusha (Moivaro Coffee Lodge / Impala Hotel) for a free day, with your Safari starting the following day(B,L,D)
Day 2
After Breakfast Safari starts with the drive to Lake Manyara. Nestling at the base of the Great Rift Valley escarpment, the park is recognized for its incredible beauty. You can see many game animals such as Buffalo, Elephant, Giraffe, Impala, hippo and others. Overnight at E Unoto Retreat.(L,D,B)
Day 3
After Breakfast set off in the morning to Ngorongoro Crater. After arrival in Ngorongoro you will descend into the crater for a game drive at the bottom. Overnight at Ngorongoro Serena Lodge (L,D,B)
Day 4
Early morning game drive inside the Ngorongoro Crater. As very few animals migrate in and out of the crater with its 2000 ft. high walls, you can expect to see lions, elephants, zebras, hippos, flamingos, jackals, rhinos, antelopes, many birds and other species. In the afternoon walking Safari on the crater rim. Overnight at Ngorongoro Serena Lodge.(B,L,D)
Day 5
After breakfast you start on your way to Serengeti National Park. A picnic lunch will be provided. On the way you will stop at the Olduvai Gorge where anthropologists Louis and Mary Leakey made many significant discoveries, contributing to the theory that human life originated in Africa. After stopping for your picnic lunch on a kopje (rock outcropping) in Serengeti you will continue further into the park and go on a game drive. Overnight in Serengeti, Serengeti Serena Lodge (L,D,B)
Day 6
A full day of game drives around Serengeti. Depending on the time of year and the migration of the herds you can expect to see wildebeest, lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, monkeys, baboons, hippos, rhinos, antelopes and many birds and other species. . Overnight in Serengeti, Serengeti Serena Lodge ( B,L,D)
Day 7
After breakfast you taken to Seronera airstrip, for your direct flight from the Serengeti to Zanzibar (short stopover in Arusha). Transfer to the beach hotel Breezes Beach Club or Ocean Paradise ( B,D)
Day 8 -12
Relax and enjoy the endless beaches of Zanzibar while staying in your beach hotel. There is a wide range of water sport activities you can do, like snorkeling, scuba diving, boat trips and more.(B,D)
Day 13
After breakfast transfer to the Serena in Stonetown. On the way you have an opportunity to do the famous Spice Tour: We have developed a special Spice Tour with in depth information not only about spices, but also organically grown herbs and a detailed description about their traditional uses in medicine cosmetics and cooking. Dinner at the Serena Beach Hotel
Day 14
departure to airport for your flight back home
Whilst in the Serengeti you can have take a Baloon Ride.
